- Team review · Your team sees every extracted field, its confidence score, and the source text. Corrections take seconds.
- TMS lot creation · After your team approves, TIO POSTs the data to your TMS via API. Lot number is stored in your audit log.
- Deadline tracking · Compliance windows are calculated from ETD and tracked for every job. Alerts at configurable thresholds.
- Audit trail · Every state change is logged: immutable, exportable, 5-year retention.
What TIO does not do
- TIO does not act autonomously on regulated filings. Your team reviews and approves every job before anything reaches the TMS.
- TIO does not replace your TMS. Your lots live in your TMS. Your team files through your TMS exactly as before.
