What is TIO.

TIO gives freight forwarders AI agents that do the back-office work, then hand your team a finished draft to approve. It sits between your inbox and the TMS you already run, and does not replace either.

In short

A document lands in your inbox. The right agent reads it and drafts the record, the ISF filing or the lot. Your team reviews and approves. The record writes to your TMS. A person is in the loop on every write.

What the agents do

  1. Read the inbox · work reaches the agents through Outlook, the way it already does. No forwarding rules to set up.
  2. Read the documents · worksheets, bills of lading, house bills, invoices, in whatever shape they arrive, including scanned PDFs.
  3. Do the job · the agent carries the work to a finished draft: the ISF filing, the lot in the TMS, the quote, the reconciliation.
  4. Hand it to your team · a person reviews and approves. Corrections take seconds and the agent keeps them as rules.
  5. Write to the TMS · after approval, the record posts to the TMS you already run, with a full audit trail.

What TIO does not do

  • It does not act on regulated filings on its own. Your team reviews and approves every record before anything is filed or sent.
  • It does not replace your TMS. Your lots live in your TMS and your team files through it exactly as before.
  • It is not a licensed customs broker. Filing liability stays with your filer of record.

Ask about any shipment

Ask TIO about lot status, email history, invoice lookups, or container location in plain English, without opening a TMS screen.
