LTL Quote Agent
Reads the rate request, classes the freight, pulls live carrier rates, and replies in the customer’s thread.

Reads your documents
Worksheets, bills of lading, house bills, packing lists and commercial invoices. The agents work from the documents, not a rigid template.
An adapter for your TMS
TIO works through an adapter built for your TMS and does not replace it. Your TMS stays the system of record; the agents do the prep and the entry. Adapters are in production for two TMS platforms. For any other system, TIO first checks what it lets an agent read and write.
Each action has its own setting
An action runs on its own, is sent for review, or waits for a person’s reply. Anything outside your rules goes to a person with the facts already attached. A customs filing is always filed by a person.
Rules for your operation
When your team corrects an agent, TIO turns the correction into a rule for your operation. TIO’s team writes each rule with you. It applies to your operation only.
Standing audit
The Audit agent re-checks finished records against their source documents on a schedule. It reports each difference with its cause and does not change a record. The Finance agent lists the invoice lines that do not match the job’s charges.
Email native
Work reaches the agents by email, the way it already reaches your team. Your mail system sends a copy to the agent, and the agent replies in the customer’s thread when the job calls for it.

We do not put an accuracy percentage on a page. The honest way to judge an agent is to run it on your own shipments and watch what it prepares and what your team corrects. That is what a demo is for.
