Does TIO replace my TMS?
No. TIO sits on top of the TMS you already run and writes to it through that system’s API. Your TMS stays the system of record.
Can I run an agent autonomously, or does a person review everything?
Both, and it is your choice. Every agent runs in one of two modes. Human-in-the-loop: it does the prep and hands your team a finished record to approve before anything is filed, sent, or written. Autonomous: it does the job end to end and acts on it, with no per-item sign-off. You set the mode per agent and change it whenever you want. The one exception is customs: an ISF is always filed by a person on your team, because CBP requires a human filer of record.
Can the ISF agent file with customs on its own?
No. The ISF agent drafts the ISF-10; a person on your team submits it. On customs work the filer of record is always someone on your team, never the agent, in either mode.
