What is TIO?
TIO is the AI agent workforce for freight forwarders and freight brokerages.
The agents quote, book, enter orders, track, match invoices and audit across ocean, air and trucking. They work in the inbox and the TMS your team already runs. Each action runs on its own, is sent for review, or waits for your reply.

Can I run an agent autonomously?
Yes, action by action. Work inside your rules runs on its own. Other work is sent for review or waits for your reply. A customs filing is always filed by a person.
How long does it take to get started?
A first agent starts as a scoped pilot on your own documents. How long that takes depends on your TMS and the job. Your team keeps the systems it already uses.
Which TMS does it work with?
TIO works through an adapter built for your TMS, and your TMS stays the system of record. Adapters are in production for two TMS platforms. For any other system we first check what it lets an agent read and write.
How accurate is it?
