What is TIO?
TIO is an AI agent workforce for freight forwarders and 3PLs: named software agents that do the back-office jobs an ops team otherwise keys by hand, from the inbox to a finished record. The ISF agent reads the 10+2 worksheet and drafts the filing. The order entry agent reads the bills and creates the lot or delivery order in the TMS the team already runs, charge lines included.
