How is TIO priced?
TIO is priced per agent, not per seat and not per filing. You pay for each agent you put to work, ISF filing, order entry, quoting, or finance checks, and each one is priced against the ops hours it replaces, a fraction of the cost of the hire it saves. Adding team members to review and approve records costs nothing extra.
Is there a free trial?
TIO starts as a small paid pilot on one agent rather than a free trial: pick the job that costs your team the most hours, run the agent on real shipments, and expand when it has earned it. The demo is free. Bring a bill of lading or a 10+2 worksheet and watch an agent take it to a finished draft in about 20 minutes.
What does an agent replace?
The keying, not the judgment. At the US import freight forwarder running the agents in production, lot creation took about 30 minutes by hand across 25 or more jobs a week and ISF prep about 15 minutes across 20 filings a week. The agents do that work in seconds, and a person on the team reviews and approves every filing and record they draft before it is filed.
