How TIO Works

Origin agent email binding
- TIO reads every origin agent email the moment it arrives: commercial invoice, packing list, booking confirmation
- TIO binds each message to the correct open ISF by MBL number, booking reference, or shipper-consignee pair
- An email for importer A does not appear in importer B's filing queue
- Messages that arrive without a clear job reference surface in a review tray for manual binding, never silently dropped
- Binding happens before your team opens the inbox
Multi-importer filing queue
- TIO maintains a separate filing queue per importer. Each client's pending ISFs, filed ISFs, and holds are isolated.
- Filing deadline proximity drives queue priority. ISFs due within 24 hours surface at the top regardless of arrival time.
- New origin agent emails for any importer route to the correct queue without manual sorting
- Your filer opens TIO's sorted queue instead of a wall of forwarded emails from multiple clients
- Importers with active holds get a separate priority flag regardless of their filing volume
